Shipping Policy of Ageless Duo Studio

Shipping costs:
I understand that shipping costs are high these days. As a thank you for ordering through Ageless Duo Studio, I will bear the cost of shipping for you.
Returns:

Order Processing and Delivery Times:
When you order, you can expect an average processing time of 2-3 days for regular, non-personalized items.
For personalized items, the processing time can take up to 3 days, depending on the extent of work. For instance, if you commission me to address 100 envelopes, it could take 2 weeks. On the flip side, if you want your pet's name on a tag, it would be 2-3 days on the outside. As soon as I get a personalization order, I get right on it.
I understand you have schedules, timelines, and deadlines yourself. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions or concerns about the processing time before you order. I try to answer quickly!
I favor using UPS over USPS due to USPS's rather slow delivery time. However, I usually go with the carrier service that is the least expensive for me and the fastest for you.
When using UPS, you can expect your package within 5 business days after they receive it.
USPS can take longer, 3-14 days.
Please be aware that once I hand it to the carrier, it is out of my control over their delivery times, unfortunately.
Payments:
You should find a payment processor you prefer in the list. If not, let me know, and I will see if I can add them.
As soon as you order, you will receive an email with your receipt and a thank you. Please retain this email in case you have a problem and you need to contact me.
