Ageless Duo Studio's Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ageless Duo Studio. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.

1. Returns Timeframe

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

  • Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.
  • If your return is approved, I will initiate a gift card for an Ageless Duo Studio store credit. You will receive the digital gift card in the same email.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized calligraphy
  • Custom or personalized engraving
  • Sale or clearance items
  • However, if the problem is the fault of Ageless Duo because of misspellings or mistakes, you will be refunded in full or credited, whichever you prefer.
